We Made It!

Wow! What a journey! It was definitely not boring! We could definitely tell that you were all praying for us as we were switched to different flights, gates, and waited for 3 hours before our plane could take off. 50 people didn't make the flight to Mumbai due to weather, so we were very thankful for God's mercy once again. When I have more time I will try to give the details, but for now we are visiting Irene and Cheker. Today we will be going to the Children's home to see the children.
It is truely amazing to be here and Cheryl was right, India is very hot and muggy and the driver's are crazy!:)
We met Zipporah, she's adorable!
Allyson, Nakita and Paje, We love you and miss you and send you lots of love, hugs and kisses. Hope your having lots of fun.
We will try to post again soon with a few more details.

I am so happy to see you made it safely to India... and now only a couple of days until you are with your baby boy. I will be following along on your journey and praying for you daily. Thanks for the update. Walt and I are thinking of you and your entire family, and we can't wait to see pictures of all of you with your newest addition to your family. Have a wonderful day :).

Scott, Amy, and Lukas,
It was so good to see your smiling faces. Scott take a picture of Amy so we can see her smiling face as well. I had a dream about you guys this morning, only to be awakened by my husband laughing at me and I realized I was waving at you, (yes I really was waving that is why he was laughing so hard). We are thinking about you all the time and so glad you are sensing the prayers!! Hey it is raining here today to, looks like it has been raining in India!!

We send our love,
The Wites

Scott, Amy, Lukas & Tarun (in India) & Allyson, Nakita & Paje (in Waseca): For you all we are praying & claiming the promises of 2 Corinthians 2:14 But thanks be to God, who in Christ always leads us in triumphal procession, and through us spreads the fragrance of the knowledge of him everywhere. Lukas, please take a moment and blog to all your peers back home and we will note in the services on Sunday. Make sure you request Pizza Hut pizza from "Uncle Shekar" :) Love you guys!

We're done with lunch and had to check the posting before our nap. I must have looked pretty funny walking camp with Chris' open computer looking for the "hot spot" so I could have internet connection :).

Lukas,
Today is the first time we've been able to get onto your blog. It's great to see you having a good time with Tarun. Just thought I'd let you know how our baseball team did. We lost Monday night's game by 2 and won Wednesday's game by forfeit (but we still played.) Then last weekend we surprisingly took second place in the end of the year tournament. We beat the first place team for the season. Wish you could have been there. Also, we got the paper route done without any problems and we're set to do it again this weekend. We're praying for you every day that you'll have a safe trip and that you'll have a great time connecting with Tarun as brothers. See you all soon!
