Only 1 more week till we fly to India to get our precious baby boy! At this time our flight is scheduled to leave Mpls at 2:05pm, Wednesday, July 23rd. We are still waiting for Tarun's passport to be done, so appreciate your prayers for that.
I'm in --and first at that. Well, I did have insider information, but totally had to beat Cam to the punch and steal the coveted title of "First Blogger".
We are so excited for you as you go get Tarun! Thankyou for sharing with of us all using a Blog. It will be so much fun seeing how you are all doing! We are praying for you and look forward to meeting your son soon! Love you! Dawn
How Exciting!! More "Blog Stocking"! It has been far to long. This background makes me remember all the blogging for little Nicko. It just brings all kinds of warm fuzzies. I am so anxious - not as anxious as the Ewests to watch yet another adorable child come join our church family. I am praying for the passport and you know God will bring it in the nick of time if necessary. He kind of likes doing it that way.
Walt and I are so happy for you and your family. Thank you for including us in your journey. We can't wait to see pictures of you holding your beautiful baby boy. We will continue praying that God will be with you throughout your journey and upon returning home.
How exciting that the time is finally close at hand. We will keep you in our thoughts, and pray that you have a perfectly smooth and safe journey to bring Tarun home!
It will be great to kind of be apart of your journey to pick up our newest grandchild. We will be praying for all of you, especially for Tarun's adjustment to new people, and all the new things that will come into his life just to get him home. We will be praying for the girls during the separation, where ever they will be as well. We love you and look forward to watching your news. Grandpa Tim and Grandma Marilyn
Congratulations Ewests!! What great news to see over the miles!! I will look foward to meeting the newest member of your family some day. We will miss seeing you while we are there and you are in India. Have a safe and wonderful journey. Jessica Buisch
Hello Amy, Scott and Family, Whee.....this is my third attempt to leave you a message...one could say 'the information highway is not one of my strengths'!
We are very excited for each of you and will keep you in our prayers. We can honestly say we know the excitement you are feeling, 32 years ago on the 26th we brought 'home' our blessed addition to our family.
You each will be in our prayers. We are anxious to see your entire family at your return!!!!
We have 4 biological children, Lukas, Allyson, Nakita and Paje, and live in Minnesota. We started our adoption journey in January 2007 when we felt God calling us to open our hearts and our home to a little boy who did not have a home and a family. We accepted our referral for Tarun in October 2007,received our CARA clearance in January 2008, and were granted guardianship in May. Tarun is a little boy who lives in an orphange in the city of Chandigarh in India. He will be 3 years old on August 4th. We are very excited to make Tarun a part of our family.
