- We have 4 biological children, Lukas, Allyson, Nakita and Paje, and live in Minnesota. We started our adoption journey in January 2007 when we felt God calling us to open our hearts and our home to a little boy who did not have a home and a family. We accepted our referral for Tarun in October 2007,received our CARA clearance in January 2008, and were granted guardianship in May. Tarun is a little boy who lives in an orphange in the city of Chandigarh in India. He will be 3 years old on August 4th. We are very excited to make Tarun a part of our family.

How Exciting!! More "Blog Stocking"! It has been far to long. This background makes me remember all the blogging for little Nicko. It just brings all kinds of warm fuzzies.
I am so anxious - not as anxious as the Ewests to watch yet another adorable child come join our church family. I am praying for the passport and you know God will bring it in the nick of time if necessary. He kind of likes doing it that way.

It will be great to kind of be apart of your journey to pick up our newest grandchild. We will be praying for all of you, especially for Tarun's adjustment to new people, and all the new things that will come into his life just to get him home.

We are very excited for each of you and will keep you in our prayers. We can honestly say we know the excitement you are feeling, 32 years ago on the 26th we brought 'home' our blessed addition to our family.
