Hey Everybody! We are glad to get back on line to share our journey. We are enjoying our precious little guy so much. We can't believe how he is changing and opening up in just the very short time we've had him. His giggles and laughs are coming more and more along with lots of words that we have no idea what he's saying but enjoy listening to his sweet voice. He loves the books I brought and we asked for the book that we sent the orphanage and when they brought it out, he immediatly took it and started looking through it. You could tell he knew it was his so they must have looked at it with him.
Rajeev felt sorry for Lukas as his tummy is not always agreeing with Indian food, so we stopped at McDonalds and Lukas enjoyed a yummy fish sandwich! Today after we visited the Taj Mahal, Scott found a stand that had Mountain Dew so he is a happy man. Our hotel here in Agra is wonderful. It even has a pool! Very nice!
We love and miss you all and once again so enjoy reading all your encouraging notes, prayers and verses. As you can see, some of these pictures are from before, but we wanted to share them with you.
Sending lots of hugs and kisses to Allyson, Nakita and Paje. We can't wait for you to meet your new brother. He loves to point at your pictures and it sounds like he's trying to say your names. Have lots of fun with Aunt Dawn and a huge thank you to Bill & Michelle and Dan & Shani for loving on our girls and taking good care of them while we're gone.

Amy,Scott, Lukas, and Tarun.... I am SO excited to hear from you and know all is going so wonderfully. Tarun is just so cute, and I absolutely love seeing him smile and giggle. God really has blessed you all, and I am so glad to see that he is adjusting so well. Wow, that is so amazing that he is already bonding with you all, and I know the girls at home just can't wait to see their brother. I have been checking quite often for a post, as you have all been in my thoughts. I was just SO excited to get to share in this part of your journey, and I just couldn't be happier. It is about 8 am here on Thursday, and I haven't been at work long, but this really made my day. I just can't put into words how happy I am for all of you. Amy, I can't wait to hear if you met Maliha while you were there, but I will wait until you get home and settled to hear about that. This time is all about Tarun. Continue to have a wonderful time with your beautiful son (brother). I will keep you all in my prayers for a safe return home. I can not wait to hear more details once you get home !! Thanks for the pictures. It really made my day.

Greetings from the Bullhead Capitol of the World:
Sorry to hear about your tummmy Lukas, I would recommend some fresh crushed sugarcane & a packet of fresh roasted peanuts from a roadside stand. You won't feel better but it will add to your list of "India experiences" (speaking from personal experiences) :)
Great picture of the Taj Mahal. I can't tell you how many memories are flooding our minds from our journey as we follow yours. Thanks for the "extra effort" it takes to blog.
You are in the home stretch...hang in their Lukas. Scott & Amy your leap of faith will influence your kids for the rest of their lives. Tarun, we really love and dig your new family!!!

Hi Guys,
What a cutie! I am so glad to hear that Tarun is already opening up and blossoming with under the care of his new family. It’s amazing how quickly these little ones learn to love…and how much a little orphan can teach us about true love and true joy. I thought I understood love and joy, but after we adopted Mylie, I began to realize that she was filling up spots in my heart that I didn’t even know were empty. Then again, maybe they weren’t empty, maybe adoption just “stretches” your heart…I sure know that every heart in our family has grown this past year.
I am so happy for your entire family, and am so glad that one more little orphan boy has found his way home to his forever family.
Kris, Dave and the girls
I love you and miss you. Tarun is so cute. Is the book that Tarun is looking at from the orphanage? I will see you in half of a week.
Love, Paje
We love you and miss you all. Please send more pictures of Tarun. It was fun to see you in the pictures and I saw you Dad sleeping in the picture when Tarun was reading a book! Love, Nakita
Scott and Amy, He is sooo beautiful. I look at these pictures and I'm struck with how blessed Tarun is. You are an amazing family and Tarun will more and more discover what a wonderful mommy and dadddy God has given him.
Lukas, I can tell that You are already becoming his big buddy. He sure is going to look up to you!

Scott, Amy, Lukas, and Tarun!
I LOVE the pictures! It is weird to think we were standing in the same spot you guys were in 2005 at the Taj! We are praying for you guys and can't wait to see you guys! We had some nasty weather this morning, but as I thought about the God who made the roaring wind and rain, I thought "how cool is it that this same God loves and cares for the orphans of the world, not only spiritually, but physically to." Lukas, it was so cool to see how Tarun is already looking up to you as his big brother. It is a big responsibility, but a privilege as well. Scott and Amy, I can already see how Tarun is attaching to you guys, it is so cool. Love you all!
Melissa
Scott, Amy, Lukas, Tarun and girls,
We are so happy for all of you. I blogged this morning but the blog must have got lost in cyberspace. We had a nasty storm that went through. We spent all day helping neighbors clean up trees. Tonight we are still without power so we are at the church checking emails.
We love you all and send our love. You all look great and it brings back so many memories!!!
Love to you all,
The Wittes
